Cancellation Policy

Please let me know within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel. No shows will be charged a fee. If you are 10 minutes late I will not be able to accept your appointment, which will result in a cancellation fee. Multiple late cancellations will result in a nonrefundable deposit being put down to book your next appointment. If there are multiple no-shows, I will not be able to keep you as a client.
